Alfaxan® Dental Machine Competition Terms and Conditions.
1. Information on ‘How to Enter’ and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Entry is open to all residents of Australia, except employees of the promoter, Jurox and their immediate families and employees/families of agencies associated with this promotion.
a. The promotion commences 8.00 am Monday, Jan 3, 2012 and final entries close at 5.00 pm Monday April 30, 2012. The draw will take place at Jurox Pty Ltd, 85 Gardiner Street, Rutherford, NSW 2320 at 2.00 pm May 04, 2012. The winners will be notified by telephone using contact details provided in their entry, and will be confirmed by mail. The name of the major prize winner will be published in The Australian newspaper on May 13, 2012.
b. There will be an unclaimed prize draw at 9.00 am on October 18, 2012 for all prizes unclaimed on this date. Any winner will be notified in writing and will be published in The Australian newspaper on November 2, 2012.
3. To enter, participants must place an order with their veterinary wholesaler of Jurox product consisting of
a. Not less than 40 mL of Alfaxan and

c. Participants may enter as many times as they like, by making repeat orders as outlined in a. and b. above.
d. Orders must be confirmed as having been completed with a veterinary wholesaler by a Jurox staff member before an entry into the draw is awarded.
4. Entries not completed in accordance with the conditions of entry or received after the close of entry, regardless of post-mark date, will not be considered. Incomplete entries will be disregarded. The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process. The judge’s decision in relation to any aspect of the promotion is final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.
5. The winners of the promotion will be determined by randomly-drawn entries by the promoter at 2.00 pm May 04, 2012.
a. The major prize winner will be drawn first from all entries and will receive one iM3 Elite LED Dental Unit valued at $7000.
b. There will be one consolation prize winner from each territory, drawn as the next entry out of the barrel from that territory. The territories are Queensland, New South Wales/Australian Capital Territory, Victoria/Tasmania, South Australia, Western Australia/Northern Territory. The consolation prize will be one Red Balloon Gift Certificate to the value of $200.00 for each territory.
6. The prize is non-transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
7. All prizes must be taken as offered. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value.
8. Subject to all the requirements under any relevant state and territory regulations, the promoter may conduct such further draws at the same time and place as the original draw as are necessary on October 18, 2012 in order to distribute any prizes unclaimed by that date. All entries become the property of the promoter.
9. The promoter may use information it collects in relation to you to provide you with information regarding further offers, promotions or goods and services provided by the promoter. The promoter may also disclose information about you to its service
